Indian Journal of Public Administration is a peer-reviewed professional journal which provides an integrated view of public administration/management, public policy and governance, human resources and environment, and leadership and institutionalization of procedures and values. The Journal adheres to a rigorous double-blind reviewing policy in which the identity of both the reviewer and author are always concealed from both parties.

Articles, research notes and documents of theoretical relevance as well as empirical import are welcome, addressing the needs of administrators and academics and those seeking career prospects in these areas.
