Yannick Kluch (PhD, Bowling Green State University) is a scholar-activist and educator with a passion for knowledge, higher education, sport, and diversity and inclusion leadership. After working in the Office of Inclusion at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the Center for Sports Communication & Social Impact at Rowan, he will be joining the Center for Sport Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University as an Assistant Professor and Director of Outreach & Inclusive Excellence this coming fall semester. Kluch's research and consulting work is focused on utilizing sport as a vehicle for inclusive leadership and positive social change. His areas of expertise include cultural studies of sport, athlete activism, and equity, diversity, and inclusion in U.S. and global sport.
