Dr. Suzanne Gagnon is assistant professor of Organizational Behavior at the Desautels School of Management, McGill University. Her research on social diversity and equality, focusing on change and innovation in this domain, has been published in leading journals including Organization Studies, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Human Resource Management Journal, Management Learning, and others. She holds a PhD in Management from Lancaster University and a master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from Oxford University.
