Prof. Susi Geiger is a full professor of Marketing & Market Studies at the Smurfit School of Business at University College Dublin. Susi is the holder of a highly prestigious European Research Council grant of €2m. Through this grant, Prof. Geiger researches different facets of collaborative market innovation in health care markets. She has held previous research grants worth more than €10m for her research in pharmaceutical and digital markets, sits on the scientific advisory boards of several international research consortia, and has published widely on market shaping, market innovation and the common good in markets, including in her 2021 Oxford University Press book Healthcare activism: Markets, morals and the collective good and in more than sixty peer-reviewed journal publications. She has been a visiting research professor at the University of California Berkeley, Ecole de Mines Paris, Stockholm School of Economics and the University of Auckland.
