Koustab Ghosh Indian Institute of Management Rohtak, India
Koustab Ghosh is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the area of Organization Behaviour and Human Resource Management at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak, Haryana, India. In addition, he is serving as the Dean of Research and Executive Education. He earned his Ph.D. from Vinod Gupta School of Management (VGSOM), Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. He has attended Faculty Development Programme at IIM Calcutta and the joint programme of HBS-IIM Ahmedabad.
His academic interest lies in the areas of institutional theory, theory of identity and identification, interorganizational relationships, leadership development and interventions, organizational design and network analysis, strategic HRM, and HR analytics.
Dr. Ghosh has published a number of academic research papers in journals of international repute and is also on the reviewer panel of various peer-reviewed international journals. He contributes and presents papers in various international conferences on a regular basis.
