Dawn L. Rothe is a Professor of Criminology and Chair of the School of Justice Studies at Eastern Kentucky University. She is also the Director of the Crimes of the Powerful Center. Schooling includes B.A., Southern Illinois University Edwardsville; M.A., Western Michigan University; Ph.D., Western Michigan University. Primary Specialization: Crimes of the Powerful-State Crime, Corporate Crime, State-Corporate Crime and Crimes of International Financial Institutions. She is widely published in scholarly journals and is the author or co-author of eight books including her latest two books published with Routledge Press, Crimes of the Powerful and Crimes of Globalization.
