Billy Sung: Billy Sung is a professor of marketing and consumer psychology at the School of Management and Marketing, Curtin University. He completed his PhD in consumer psychology at the University of Queensland. Billy is also the founding director of the Consumer Research Lab, which specialise in using psychophysiological measurements (e.g., pupillometry, electrodermal activity and facial electromyography) to study consumers’ unconscious responses to marketing assets
