Good text for examining elements of stress management (individual and organizational level) and suitable for undergrad students. Perhaps not enough detail about stress itself, stressors, stress reactions etc to be adopted as a core text.

I came across many books which evaluate individual stress responses but lacks a critical review of the scientific foundation of stress. This particular book has given a clear scientific evidence and the author have examined the elements of stress. I strongly recommend this to my students and colleagues..
