I conduct clinical and community based studies that evaluate nutritional and environmental exposures on oral health outcomes in children. I also study early newborn feeding in children with feeding difficulties (e.g. children with oral clefts). I employ a wide range of study designs in my work including case control studies, prospective cohort studies, and randomized clinical trials.
