Leela Kasturi has published several papers in the areas of women’s work and women’s political participation. She has co-edited (with Vina Mazumdar) ‘Women and Indian Nationalism’ (1994) and (with Lotika Sarkar and Kumud Sharma) ‘Between Tradition, Counter Tradition and Heresy’ (2002). Kasturi is Co-Editor of the Indian Journal of Gender Studies at the Centre for Women’s Development Studies.
