Steven Jay Lynn Binghamton University, Department of Psychology, USA

Steven Jay Lynn is a distinguished professor of psychology (SUNY) and director of the Psychological Clinic at Binghamton University. He is the inaugural editor and editor of Psychology of Consciousness: Theory, Research, and Practice (APA), and he is the recipient of numerous professional awards, including the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Scholarship and Creative Activities at the State University of New York. Dr. Lynn is a fellow of many professional organizations, including the American Psychological Association, the American Psychological Society, the American Association for Applied and Preventive Psychology, and the American Academy of Forensic Psychology. He has published over 300 articles and chapters on psychotherapy, hypnosis, memory, dissociative disorders, and trauma, and he has written or edited 20 books. The National Institute of Mental Health has supported his research.
