An excellent book, full of information that will be so useful to students undertaking PTLLS. It has a very readable and engaging layout. I like the added part about Harvard referencing which will be a good point of reference for the students.
I have recommended this book to staff who are teaching on PTLLS courses as I think it is an excellent resource for them when planning assessment.

Didn't think it would enhance the learners we work with. our own course material is of equal quality.

Not a favourite text although will be useful for candidates who have no background or history of studying in the LLS

The book is a good support tool for those returning to study, whether PTLLS or an alternative qualification as there are many useful hints and tips. The content is delivered in a supportive manner that sets the standards of what to expect at this level of study. The chapter regarding reflective journal writing will benefit any learner undertaking the course as this is often a difficult concept to master.

An excellent book for anyone completing the PTTLS Award. It is well written and easy to read. Lots of useful activities and recommended websites for further study. Useful chapters which students can dip in and out of. Well recommended.
