Ulla Hytti University of Turku, Finland
Ulla Hytti is a professor in Entrepreneurship at the University of Turku. Her research interests include entrepreneurial identities, entrepreneurial careers, entrepreneurship education and gender in the context of family firms and innovation. She was a guest co-editor in a special issue on Gender and Innovation for the International Journal of Gender and Entrepreneurship in 2013. Ulla Hytti is also an associate editor at the Journal of Small Business Management. She has published articles in academic books on the subject of entrepreneurship and management, such as Gender in Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Manpower, and International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behaviour and Research. She has published a case study on business succession and transfer-of-business.
