Dr. Sanzo is an Associate Professor of Educational Leadership and the Program Coordinator for the Educational Leadership Services program. She received her Ed.D. in Education Administration and Policy Studies, The George Washington University, (2006). Her research interests include leadership for school improvement, data-based decision-making, school change and reform, leadership preparation, and women in educational leadership.
