Jihong (Solomon) Zhao, PhD Sam Houston State University, USA

Jihong (Solomon) Zhao is an Associate Professor. He received his M.A. and Ph.D. from Washington State University in 1994. His research interests focus on police organization with particular emphasis on organizational change, culture, individual behavior and values, and community policing implementation. He is the author of Why Police Organization Change: A Case Study of Community Oriented Policing and Community Policing in a Community Era: An Introduction (Roxbury, 2000), and co-editor of Contemporary Policing: Controversies, Challenges, and Solutions (Roxbury, 2003). His articles have appeared in numerous journals.
