This third edition is fully refreshed and up to date with current topics e.g.Jackie Marsh Childhood in the digital age, making it an excellent and current resource for students and lecturers.

Its a shame the cover for the third edition is the same colour, a change of colour to denote revision e.g blue would be helpful

I recommend this book to all of my students. It was well written, clear and concise. It also covers all aspects of early childhood including development, policy and practice.
